• A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Project Oversight:
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications.

• Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and photographs.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to project managers and stakeholders.
