• Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized tertiary institution 
• IT certification in Network and Systems Administration
• At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance and support of networked computer systems
• Good working knowledge of Windows Operating System environments
• Strong organizational skills, along with excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel locally on short notice
• Must have a valid Driver’s license

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of equipment in the LAN and WAN
• Ensure computer inventory procedures are followed
• Ensure Service calls/requests are answered and resolved in a timely manner and logged in Incident Management software
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Technical Support Officer and conduct the necessary follow-ups when needed
• Recommend innovative approach, technologies, trends, and best practices within the IT field that can improve the services and systems we offer to our internal and external customers.
• Always adhere to internal control policies and procedures
• Provide monthly reports on tasks assigned
