Description

To provide support to the administrative functions of the firm including but not limited to assisting the Partner, Manager and Employees in daily office needs and maintenance of statutory records.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passes in 5 CSEC Subjected including Mathematics & English
  • Have at least two years’ experience in a similar capacity or have the ability to quickly learn and be receptive to training
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  1. Creating and maintaining required statutory records and information of employees
  2. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters etc.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls
  4. Organize and schedule appointments
  5. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  6. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  7. Develop and maintain a filing system
  8. Maintain contact lists
  9. Submit and reconcile expense reports
  10. Manage Client Billings and Payments
  11. Provide general support to visitors
  12. Assist in enforcing all other company rules, policies and procedures
