This position of an Inside Sales Representative is responsible for securing new business appointments by reaching out to prospects through phone calls, texts and emails. A successful Inside Sales Representative understands through direct sales experience the challenges of sales, is an excellent verbal and written communicator, is able to document daily activity levels, welcomes feedback in order to grow in their profession, and has high levels of sales activities every day.


  • Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services
  • Proficiency in professional selling skills and new business development
  • Ability to independently prospect and develop accounts to uncover sales opportunities
  • Professional level written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and/or database applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel)



  • Experience in the sale of professional services
  • Formal telephone sales training is a plus
  • College level education
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing or Communications
  • Experience in the recruiting industry


  • Creates target prospect lists and marketing strategies for securing appointments
  • Reaches out to 100+ prospects each day
  • Documents daily sales activities and tracks success
  • Responds to prospect inquiries
  • Acts as a single point of contact for prospects coordinating all aspects of provider sales and service
  • Consults with the team leader regarding strategies and performance improvement
  • Communicates the Arpeoh business value proposition
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to provide key customer insight and feedback
  • Establishes and maintains communication and rapport with prospects to encourage a long-term working relationship with Arpeoh
  • Collaborates with operational leaders to ensure a fluid prospect-to-client transition 
  • Professional level written and oral communications skills
  • Persuade and influence verbally and in writing
  • Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently
