Provide administrative and clerical support to the CFO's Administrative Office
- 3 to 5 subjects CXC or GTI diploma in Secretarial Science
- 2 – 3 years’ experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers and maintain good working relationships
- Must be dependable
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email
- Set up meetings, transcribe minutes and type correspondences
- Manage varying office tasks, such as, generating reports and presentations
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system, both paper and electronic
- Perform other duties, as required
