Manage Front Desk activities of a Small Boutique Hotel of International Standard.
Requirements
Suitable candidates must have at least three years experience working in a similar capacity.
Persons with certification in hospitality management or tourism will be given preference.
Person must be IT savy and have working knowledge of any hotel reservation system, microsoft word and excel.
A diploma or degree is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Daily Management of Front Desk Operation to Optimize Guest Experience and Accountability.
Receptionist, check-ins, check-outs, cash management, manage concerige and houskeeping, roomservice and restaurant.
Remuneration
