We are looking for professional and customer service-oriented store managers to oversee daily operations at our stores. As the store manager you will be responsible for the operational and organizational standards of the store.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a managerial capacity is preferred.
Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels and develop business strategies. Motivating the sales team, creating business strategies, developing promotional material and training new staff

• Motivate team to meet objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner • Develop and design promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Undertake administration duties such as balancing with the cashier, managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitoring inventory levels and order new items.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
