Job Location



Your main task is to greet customers as they enter the building, answer the phone in a professional & courteous manner and assist the organisation when it comes to basic clerical tasks. You will effectively be the ‘face’ of the company as you basically provide customers with a first impression of your organisation. Additionally, all reservations, inquiries and room viewings will be done by the receptionist. 


Applicant Must Have:

  1. A sound secondary education
  2. Previous work experience in similar field 
  3. Excellent command of written and spoken english language 
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  5. The ability to work three rotating shift (7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm & 11:00pm - 7:00am)



Key Responsibilities include:

  • Taking calls
  • Responding to emails and telephone queries
  • Assisting guests with travel arrangements etc
  • Making reservations
