Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Excellent Customer Service through the provision of efficient warehousing and distribution activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in the relevant disciplines such as Business Management, Economics, CAT or related fields

  • Extensive experience in warehousing would be advantageous

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer Literate/ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be a team player

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the delivery team and warehouse staff

  • Maintain and oversee inventory by receiving, storing and deliveries of stocks

  • Coordinate the receiving of containers between shipper and brokers

  • Preparation of GRNs, Delivery and Return Notes, etc

  • Review timelines of scheduled deliveries

  • Constantly work to improve processes

  • Determine and track warehouse KPIs

  • Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
