Customer Service Representative - Online Shopping
Job LocationLa Grange Public Road, West Bank Demerara
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, prepare invoices, assess situations and and escalate complaints when absolutely necessary. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience with online shopping.
Suitable applicants should have:
Great command of the english language
CXC English Grade I-II
Mathematics Grade I-III
Residing on the West Bank Demerara/West Coast Demerara
Experience in online shopping would be an asset
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and receive down payments for orders.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Assist in processing weekly shipments and preparing invoices.
Job is monthly paid.
Working hours are 10 am - 5 pm (Monday through Friday)
10 am - 2 pm (Saturday)
