Description

To ensure Customers’ requests are carefully reviewed and recorded in accordance with Operational Procedures.

Requirements

  1. 5 CXC Subjects
  2. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  3. Attention to details
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Must be comfortable working in teams
  6. Ability to interact with internal and external customers and maintain good working relationships
  7. Pleasant, non-judgmental disposition  

Responsibilities

  1. Receiving and Reviewing Customers Custom documents
  2. Reviewing and Updating the Customer Progress Report
  3. Networking with relevant Shipping Agencies to track all shipments
  4. Documenting all Customer Complaints, Non-Conformities, or Feedback
  5. Conducting all Post Delivery Surveys to assess Customer satisfaction
  6. Reporting on the Performance of Customer Satisfaction
