Customer Service Representative (Checker) - Essequibo
Ensuring smooth flow of collection of customer payments and bin replacement.
- Atleast 3 subjects csec inclusive of Mathematics & English
- Atleast 1 year working experience in similar or related field
- Valid Police Clearance
- Team Player
- Must comply with Health & Safety policy of the company
Ensuring that bins are emptied for ALL active customers listed on Daily Collection Sheet (In the events that bins are not emptied it must be indicated on the Sheet and a valid reason must be stated)
Ensuring that all customers are issued a receipt upon payment.
Ensuring that all extra pick-up is recorded on the extra pick-up column on the Checker’s Daily Report Form.
Ensuring that new customers sign a contract to receive Our service and that the customer reads and understands the terms and conditions of this contract
Reporting all damaged bins and or missing bins by indicating it on the Daily Collection sheet and reporting it to Management. (Fill the Damage Investigation Report form when and where necessary)
