MSSI is seeking to recruit dynamic individuals to fill the entry level position of a Bookkeeper
- 5 CXC including (Math, POA)
- Working understanding of QuickBooks & Adobe reader
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Aleast 1 year experience in an accounting environment
- Post cheques, payments and bank deposits
- Prepare and process payroll
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts when necessary.
- Check and verify source documents such as invoices & receipts
- Transfer data to general ledger
- Assist with pulling documents for audits
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
