On-site Customer Support Analyst

  • Position is a hands-on analyst who will provide day-to-day IT support and consulting to local business units
  • The customer support analyst will perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks
  • Position will receive direction and support. This position level would typically include junior Technical Analyst performing mostly basic tasks. Prior extensive experience not required



  • Extensive working knowledge of PCs network hardware operating systems, software and network communication protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Hands on experience providing end user support
  • Inventory/Supply chain management experience
  • Computing & telecom infrastructure experience and understanding
  • Desktop, LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
  • IT Project management experience General technical and multidisciplinary
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills
  • Has initiative and motivation and the ability to coordinate and finish tasks

  • Assist with implementation, support, and maintenance of new IT Infrastructure
  • Deploy, support, and maintain printers including multi-function devices
  • Assist with all technical support for PCs including imaging and maintaining security updates
  • Assist with all technical support for servers, storage equipment, LAN, WAN, Voice, Video, Satellite, Microwave, Radios, and mobile telephony, ensuring they are installed and maintained according to company standards
  • Interface and coordinate with centralized support groups as needed for troubleshooting issues
  • Assist with telecommunications network and equipment planning, selection, implementation, operation, and maintenance
  • Stay current on company processes & procedures and Security & Controls standard
  • Work closely with clients to determine, prioritize, and address technical needs
  • Assist with Project planning and implementation
  • Develop and maintain site/operation documentation
  • Assist with disaster-recovery and business continuity procedures Manage Inventory responsibilities for IT equipment including processing, tracking, ordering, shipping and receiving in accordance with company procedures
  • Perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks
  • Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies
  • Configure and install computer hardware and software
  • Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies
  • Upgrade hardware and software components
  • Maintain IT hardware asset and software tracking
  • Monitor and collect data on system performance
