working hours 7:45 am to 4:30 pm Mon to Fri. Sat 8:15 am to 12:30 pm.

Must have good communication skills. A team player and self-motivated.

Diploma in project management/marketing or any equivalent certificate, computer literate, well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 

Similar work experience

Must be conscientious. 

Willing to learn.

1. Answering the telephone and transferring calls. (In the absence of the secretary)
2. Update Staff Attendance Sheet and Bio Time Data. (In the absence of the secretary)
3. Conducting Interviews both telephone and in-house interviews
4. Making a minimum of 2 cold calls (walk-in prospects and those from network or outreach event) per week
5. Facebook Marketing

- Identify pictures and prepare a list of items for Ads and monitor Silvie’s Facebook page, create ads using PowerPoint or other software.

- Schedule Facebook Ads

- Monitor and respond to Facebook messages and inquiries

-Update Target market excel sheet

1. Update Google calendar and all B/Fs; also prepare new ones as the need arises.
2. Have documented processes for all task completed in your job description.
3. Organize meetings and order refreshments. (In the absence of the secretary)
4. Support the department heads
5. Take minutes for all meetings, excluding Sales meeting. (In the absence of the secretary)
6. Prepare marketing materials / Target Market Flyers
7. Update indoor and outdoor screens
8. Upload training video into the respective Dropbox file and also onto YouTube.
9. Update Marketing Medium File every week
10. Prepare a yearly marketing plan
11. Update and maintain the Marketing and IT manual
12. Attend all training sessions.
13. Any other duties as assigned.
