Requirements

Responsibilities

Handle Emails, Answer calls and call client and vendors

Maintain general records to uphold accurate files

Compose letters, memos, and email

Screen documents, maintain schedules, set up conference calls, and take messages

Follow up on tickets (Will be trained on company system)

Create quotes in the system

Dealing with vendor concerns and requests
