Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Accounts Clerk to correspond with customers regarding payments and issuing invoices. The Billing Clerk will also be tasked with updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc. You should be able to multitask, deal with customer concerns in a professional manner and assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.

 

Applicant MUST be willing to work 12 HOURS SHIFT.

Requirements

  1. CXC- Five subjects, Grades 1-2
  2. Computer Literate
  3. Working knowledge of Quickbooks
  4. Currently pursuing CAT or ABE
  5. Work experience will be an asset

Responsibilities

  1. Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
  2. Preparing statement of account for customers.
  3. Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
  4. Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
  5. Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
  6. Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
