Experience in administration of Network devices like Switches, Routers, Firewalls,configuring VPN tunnels, etc
Exposure on Wireless technologies.
Excellent knowledge in FTP, TCP/IP, VOIP/SIP, LDAP, DNS, SNMP, SSL and IPSec.
Experience in maintaining required documentation for standards (CMMI, ISO) compliance. Should participate in internal audits to ensure these compliances as per IT policy.
Exposure to Load balancer technology would be a plus
Exposure to EPBX systems is a plus
Certifications like CCNA, MCSE are a plus.
Monitor and co-ordinate with ISPs/Hosting providers for Router/IP
Addressing/Link uptime/change/upgrade.
Maintain and ensure minimum downtime of VPN, VoIP and Internet access.
Should be able to troubleshoot issues by finding root cause.
Experience in monitoring & administration of Windows servers is a must
Requirements
3-5 Years Experience
High school diploma
Vocational or technical training – Field of study: Networking
Bachelor’s degree – Field of study: Computers/IT
