Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for satisfying  the needs of our customers by providing outstanding  service and selling across the full product range offered by the Company.

Requirements

  • Five (5) subjects C.X.C. /G.C.E O Level - Grades 1 to 3 including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Computer Literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous sales experience, with demonstrated success is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Builds rapport with customers by identifying needs, and present benefits. 
  • Introduce Add-ons, Extended Warranty and Close the Sale.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with existing customers.
  • Complete sales invoice; recording sales and other information accurately.
