With a primary responsibility of provide daily support to the CEO and Deputy CEO, in aid of ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
Maintenance comprehensive and accurate records.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing when necessary.
Perform administrative support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with other businesses.
At least two (2) years’ experience role reporting/dealing directly to upper management.
Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.
Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) .
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good Phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Flexible team player, capable of multitasking.
Ability to keep company confidences.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive and urgent matters.
Reports generation, research and analysis.
Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
