Description

We are looking for a motivated candidate to be the backbone of a senior executive. You will assist with daily clerical tasks. Ultimately, you will be a support  like sending emails, following up on projects, makes some calls.

  • Excellent attitude
  • Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, powerpoint Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, remain flexible and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Work both independently and within a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates daily calendar for Managing 
  • Acts as a point of contact
  • Schedules and confirms appointments
  • Enters data within a CRM database, Excell 
  • Opens, sorts and distributes incoming messages and other correspondence
  • Maintains polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Generates and prints reports, envelopes, etc.
  • Completes office-related tasks
  • Provides general admin support
