1/ Record customer information
2/ Handle and respond to inbound calls and messages.
3/ Respond to customer’s orders and queries.
4/ Record customers feedback and complaints and try to fix any issues the customers are having.
5/ Liaise with other staff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
6/ Maintain and promote a positive attitude to customers and team members.
