We are looking for a Porter that service as the first point of contact to assist our customers.
The role of the porter is to greet customers, moving furniture, assist in the delivery of furnture to our customers and preparing our showrooms.
To be successful in this role you should be able to perform various task on a daily basis, to support & deliver great customer service and the smooth operations of or customer experience.
Previous Job experience
Solid verbal communications skills
Good physical conditioning, stimina and strength (eg, to lift heavy furniture)
To assist in the preperation of the showroom in cleaning & touching up furniture.
To assist the team in welcoming customing customers and supporting the sales team.
To assist un the maintainance of inventory levels and reporting.
To arrive 15 minuites before any engagements
To do road errons when called upon.
To follow the required process for the work to be done.
