We are looking for an individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and provide support to management and employees by assisting in daily office needs and carrying out the general administrative activities of the company.
- Experience in a similar position
- 5 CSEC grades 1s or 2s (Including Math, English & Accounts)
- CAT qualifications would be an asset
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Peachtree/Sage 50 or Quickbooks
- Organized, precise and timely.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Perform the weekly payroll and answer all payroll queries
- Generating invoices & account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Preparing statutory reports
- Monitor inventory control
- Carry out any other duties assisted upon managements request
