DESCRIPTION
The Senior Mechanic to work along and provides direct support to the Repairs Team in performing various maintenance functions, including maintenance of Electrical, Industrial, and Hardware Equipment.  

1.2-4 years of practical experience in related (mechanical and electrical) fields based on academic qualifications
2. Five CXC/CSEC subjects, Mathematics and English Grade 1-3 included
3. Mechanical Engineer/Certification in Mechanical Engineering
4.Ability to service and repair a wide variety of electrical and mechanical equipment
5.Must be fit and able body
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills
7.Ability to prepare and present reports
8.Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format
9.Ability to consistently reach deadlines
10.Ability to interact with customers and maintain a good working relationship

1.Achieve Monthly Department Target
2. Assembling and Testing of Equipment (Engines, Generator, Water Pumps, Pressure 3.Washer, Compactor, Circular Saw, etc.)
4.Troubleshooting and Repairing of Equipment (Engines, Generator, Water Pumps, 5.Pressure Washer, Compactor, etc.)
6.Operating of Electric Forklift for Loading and Offloading of Heavy Duty Items
7. Maintaining Good housekeeping practices in the work area
8.Training new staff and provide leadership support
9. Maintaining the highest ethical standards, open and honest communication, work with integrity and treat everyone with respect
10. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
