  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager reporting directly to senior management

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Answer phones in a polite manner and take all the necessary information where required
  • Restock office supplies and general office duties
  • Arrange salaries, manage PAYE and NIS
  • Meet with an accountant to ensure finances are in order every quarter
  • Schedule meetings with clients and manage travel itineraries
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as fundraising events, staff appreciation events, etc.
  • Maintain an organized filing system electronically
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Create Managed Services SLA (excel, word, pdf templates)
  • Create and monitor projects
  • Attend webinars where necessary
  • Assist with social media posting
  • Create monthly Finance Forecast reports
