Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
A Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management or equivalent along with three (3) years’ experience in a senior management capacity within a distribution/retail sales Company.
Responsibilities
Market and sell building and construction materials
Provide excellent customer service and advance customer relations
Contribute towards the formulation of market strategies to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
Manage a sales floor and train staff to ensure optimum customer service.
Monitor and ensure the restocking of goods on the sales floor in a timely manner.
Provide product support to customers in identifying and selecting products to meet their requirements and ensuring they are satisfied.
Ensure compliance with all the Company’s operating systems.
Manage, motivate and work together with the sales team to achieve targets.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Knowledge of building and construction materials such as electrical, plumbing/pipe fittings, welding supplies etc. will be asset.
