Description

The objective of this position is to promote our company, products and services with the aim of gaining new business/sales. The Sales Associate is charged with answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products to new and existing clients.  Additionally, the Sales Associate must maintain good and dependable relationships with our clients with the aim of ensuring clients receive the product or service they desire.

This position requires an individual who is task-oriented, has a growth mindset and has strong communication and analytical skills. 

Requirements

  • Six subjects or more at CXC
  • Two years of experience and success in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional communication/speaking abilities
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills when dealing with clients

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers confidently, listen to their needs, recommend related products and follow through with their requests
  • Explain the benefits and functions of our products to clients
  • Accept and process orders and follow through to the delivery stage of the order
  • Inform customers about special sales, promotions or offers
  • Learn details about new products, services and sales software promoted/utilised by our company

Remuneration
