Architecture [3D] Technician

As a 3D technician you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life, taking plans, illustrations and other reference materials and using these to produce photo-realistic 3D images proposed models, plans, designs, buildings and developments. You’ll need to be both creative and technically-minded, in order to model prospective physical objects that will both function well and look good.
Requirements
- Associate Degree / Diploma in Architecture
- Atleast two [2] years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communications skills: interpersonal, listening, oral, and written.
- Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable of standard drafting practices and procedures.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time.
- A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit / Sketchup
- Generate construction drawings from sketches and specifications.
- Working closely with architectural design teams and engineers to plan and visualise construction projects,
Remuneration
Remuneration to be negotiated based on skill and experience.
Two [2] weeks paid annual leave.
Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm
