Vacancy Marketing Officer

POSITION- MARKETING OFFICER

DEPARTMENT- ADMINSTRATION & MARKETING

OPENING DATE- 20th January, 2021

CLOSING DATE- 18th February, 2021

The marketing officer will provide direct support to the Administration & Sales departments. Specific duties include:

• Develop and present the annual marketing strategy

• Use data systems and reports to make evidence-based decisions

• Lead and execute successful marketing campaigns

• Manage the budget for the marketing campaigns

• Produce engaging content both online and offline that converts target customers

• Analyze the effect of the overall company strategies on marketing initiatives to align goals and visions

• Contribute to the overall growth of the bottom line

• Plan and execute marketing events

• Evaluate the effectiveness of Ashiek’s marketing activities

• Compile and maintain Customer Management Database

• Develop and Maintain other internal and external relationships

Academic Qualifications and Experience of the ideal applicant:

1. Computer literate with knowledge of MS package

2. Excellent oral and written communications skills.

3. Five CXC/CSEC subjects, Mathematics and English Grade 1-3 included

4. Degree in Marketing/Management/equivalent to 3-5 years of experience in marketing, deploying marketing campaigns that engage target audiences or a similar position

5. Must be creative and ambitious

6. Critical thinking with a positive attitude

7. Ability to do Bold calling and Cold calling

8. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

9. Graphics designing skill would be an asset
