Store Supervisor Requirements:

• 5 Subjects CXC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
• Extensive experience in supervising employees
• In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicable retail health and safety standards.
• At least 1 or 2 Years Experience in similar field.
