- Degree in Restaurant or Hospitality Management is an Asset
- Experience in Management or Similar position/restaurant environment
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry or similar
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities & attention to detail
- Police Certificate of Good Character
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations
- Oversee guest service & issues
- Ensure high quality food & service
- Assist & Train Personnel
- Staff scheduling
- Restaurant Maintenance
- Assist in the Management of Purchasing & Inventory
- Adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures
