Quantity Surveyor role in an Architectural Consultancy firm
Qualifications and experience are necessary to apply for this job - including understanding construction drawings, Bills of Quantities and rules of measurements
Requirements
Applicants MUST have QS qualifications
Either B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or Membership of RICS
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in requried
Responsibilities
Preparation of Bills of Quantities in co-ordination with Architect, and engineer
Prepare and verify contractor's payments
Undertake site measurements and verify quantities
Assist with preparation of contract documents, technical specifications [tender package]
Prepare tender reports and project management obligations
Remuneration
2 weeks paid annual leave
Working time - Mon to Fri 8:30am to 4:30 pm.
Salary to be negotiated based on qualification and experience.
