MSSI is seeking to recruit an individual to perfrom the roll of a Administrative Clerk. 

Please note this job is entry level.


  • 5 CXC including (Maths & Eng)
  • Atleast 1 year experience in an office environment
  • knowledge in Microsoft excel, word & pdf
  • Committed & detail oriented (critical) 
  • Good communication skills (written & oral)
  • Initiative & ability to work independently


  • Assit the Compliance Oficer in identifying processes and programs that require changes in order to maintain compliance with laws & industry regulations
  • Assist in coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
  • Prepare and file required documents requried by law
  • Maintain regulatory knowledge
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
