The Personal Assistant is responsible for a full range of high confidential and executive management support services to the offices of the General Manager and Management team.
Requirements
A diploma in Business Administation, Management, or a related field discipline.
A Certificate in Office Administration or Office Management will be an asset.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role or in a senior administrative role.
Responsibilities
1) Hold confidential, all aspects of the job designated confidential by the General Manager.
2) Greet visitors and answer telephone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner, communicating effectively in routine, sensitive and confidential matters.
3) Manage the calendar of the General Manager to assist in planning and priortization of his work schedule. This entails scheduling appointments, planning itineraries, and ensuring the arrangements of meetings and business tipt on behalf of the General Manager.
4) Maintaining a general filing system for all related correspondences for the office of the Geneal Manager.
