MSSI is seeking to recruit an individual to perfrom the roll of a Administrative Clerk
- 5 CXC including (Maths & Eng).
- Atleast 1 year experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, PDF,and Words).
- Ability to manage different tasks on time, simultaneously and accurate.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Initiative & ability to work independently.
- Proof Financial Statements and Management Discussion reports by comparing and reviewing that figures match between documents,
- proof reader to check and provide a final quality document and comprehensible review to compliance with formatting standards.
- Prepare spreadsheet from Quickbooks.
- Other Administrative Duties.
