• 5 Subjects CXC; at least 3 years of experience directly related to inventory
• Experience working with multiple inventory
• FIA, MA, or any other Qualification form a recognized institution
• Knowledge of supplies, heavy duty equipment parts, and Log inventory.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Excel ddatabase management skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Microsoft word processing, and/or office skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and point of sale system

1. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
2. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports as needed.
