Job Location



To provide strong support to the Sales Manager, Engineering Division by marketing and securing sales of company's range of products to new and existing customers. Providing exceptional customer service to achieve company's sales targets, portfolio growth and profitability goals.



  1. At least five (5) Ordinary Levels including Mathematics and English
  2. A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a similar type/related industry with a proven ability to deliver
  3. Excellent communications skills-verbal and written
  4. Flexible team player with strong initiative and sound integrity
  5. Proven ability through results achieved to network extensively and to market, promote and sell products and services
  6. Strong business/profit orientation
  7. Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle in good working condition



  1. Ensures that individual monthly sales and gross profit targets are met.
  2. Establish and manage sound relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned geographical area, ensuring that the company remains the provider of choice in the industry and that our range of products is specified on the approved list of products for use by each of our customers.
  3. Promotes, sells and cross-sells the complete company range of products and services to new and existing customer base, through in-depth understanding and application of each product, as compared to competing products while maintaining an up-to-date appreciation of all price changes, promotions and new products on the market.
  4. Ensures a customer retention rate through (weekly/bi-monthly/monthly) follow-ups with customers, regarding their accounts and ensuring that accounts receivables are maintained in line with the company policy.
  5. Forecasts future engineering opportunities by developing relationships with architectural and engineering firms and pursues sales leads on a timely basis, referring to colleagues as necessary.
  6. Supplies product application at various customers/sites and assists with the hosting of seminars, training programs and demos as needed.
  1. Monitors sales progress on a regular basis, preparing and submitting weekly sales projections, sales reports, visitation reports, expense reports, with accurate and timely reports to Sales Manager, with sound recommendations to adjust or maintain strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  2. Identifying and satisfying customers’ needs to achieve growth and profitability targets set and through the provision of quality service to all internal and external customers (telephone, walk-in and delivery) and resolves/directs queries in a courteous and professional manner in line with Company standards.



Base Salary                             -   $200,000.00 GYD per month

Travelling Allowance             -   $80,000.00 GYD per month
