HR and Administration- ITABALI/MAZARUNI PROJECTS

Requirements

  • At least five CXCs with Math and English .
  • Certificate Human Resources Management or related field or pursuing HRM degree
  •  Minimum three (3) years similar experience
  • Computer literacy and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with adhering to  legal compliance with government regulatory agencies that relates to labor, wages  and employment laws.
  • Assist with  recruitment functions including: placing ads, interviews, hiring,  contracts and  initiate onboarding proces  etc,
  • File & Maintain records
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Performing payroll duties.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
