Provide support to customers.
At least five (5) CXC subjects, with a minimum of grade 2 in Math and English. Must be computer literate. Previous experience would be an asset.
Answering inbound calls, assisting customers with telephone inquiries and directing the calls to the correct team member as necessary.
Identifying customers’ internet related issues and follow troubleshooting procedure to fix the issues.
Directing customers to the correct departments/individuals needed to resolve their issues.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; following up to ensure resolution.
Providing information about the company and its services to potential and current customers.
Starting salary - $80,000 (negotiable)
