Our company is looking for a suitable candidate who is results oriented to work in a fast-paced environment to fill the position of Sales Manager. He / She will be responsible for supervising and organising our sales team. The individual will be responsible for managing sales and meeting planned goals and objectives.
- BSc Degree in business management / business administration and or five years’ experience in a senior management position in a similar position.
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of requirements for the building and construction industry would be an asset.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of business functions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Develop a business plan to meet planned goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results to senior management.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Training of sales personnel.
- Develop the sales team through motivation and product knowledge training.
