·         Assess the safety and reliability of ALL Electrical & Plumbing Systems at Company locations and private properties, to ensure:

§  No exposure to electrical cables

§  All plumbing and plumbing fixtures are operational and leak-free

·         Perform inspections for plumbing and electrical systems to identify and replace worn parts

·         Install and maintain all electrical and plumbing fixtures, wiring, and lighting systems at the various facilities

·         Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices

·         Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures

·         Ensure the bonds and the stores are properly maintained

•  Perform any small painting job
•  Cleaning of all air conditions
•  Maintenance of the shutter door
• Maintenance of furniture and fixtures

General building maintenance

1.      Technician Certificate in Building and Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in plumbing and electrical installations or

2.      Technician Certificate in Electrical Department with 2 years of experience or

3.    2 years of experience in General Maintenance

·         Comply with all other company rules and regulations and ensure that the store’s policies and procedures are followed.

·         Maintain the highest ethical standards, open and honest communication, work with integrity and treat everyone with respect.

·         Offer technical assistance to other departments

·         Act as a representative of the store.

·         Adhere to the company’s values, mission, and vision. 

• Valid Police Clearance
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a lorry license will be an asset
