The Receptionist as the first point of contact, supports the daily operations of the company by receiving and/or greeting customers and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
At least one (1) year's working experience in a similar position or office environment.
Passes of no less than five (5) CSEC (general proficiency level) subjects inclusive of English and Mathematics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional training or certification in customer service and or office management from a recognized institution would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
Screening telephone calls.
Receiving, sorting and dispatching packages and mail.
Performing other clerical duties.
