  • Generate quality leads using multiple communication channels and platforms
  • Greet leads confidently, listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate business training programs
  • Explain the effectiveness of business training programs to leads
  • Manage and convert leads using established sales systems and procedures in a timely manner
  • Inform clients about special events, promotions or offers
  • Identify new opportunities for marketing business training programs
  • Learn details about new business training programs offered by the company
