Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 - 5 Subjects CXC General Proficiency (inclusive of Mathematics and English)
  • 3 - 4 years experience in clerical duties
  • Superior computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Background in private security would be an asset

Responsibilities

The ideal canidate would be required to offer administrative and office support activities for the company and/ or President, Executive Vice President and Vice President Operations to facilitate the efficent operations and growth of the organization.

MAIN JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls 
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Retrieving documents from filing system
  • Handle request for information and data
  • Schedule meetings
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquires
  • Must be able to work minimum supervision
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Respond to e.mails 
  • Liaison with Corporate
  • Maintain Office supplies and Inventory
  • Handle and distribute Mails

  • MUST be Customer service oriented
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
