Requirements

  • Sound Secondary Education
  • Two years’ experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • All-round capability to work in a high activity professional office environment.
  • Holder of Car and motor cycle driver’s license
  • Ownership of a motor cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Making various payments to NIS, GRA;
  • Filing and checking on documents at the Deeds Registry;
  • Delivering various payrolls;
  • Delivering mails;
  • Clearing the PO Box on Fridays;
  • Photocopying;
  • Storing newspaper clippings;
  • Any other relevant duty that may be assigned from time to time.
