- PROVEN admin and/or secretarial experience is a MUST!
- EXCELLENT written and verbal communications skills (English Language - Grade 1 or 2)
- Mature and dynamic personality to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritoize
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Fast typer with minimal room for errors
Responsibilities
- Compose letters or electronic correspondences
- Typing of memos, emails, dictated letters and articles
- Conduct research on pertinent topics for article writing
- Assistant to office Coordinator
- General admin duties
