Heavy - Duty Equipment Operators

Responsible for operating and maintaining large construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, trucks, graders and loaders to perform tasks such as moving earth, lifting materials, road maintenance and bush clearing.

Candidates should have proven experience operating heavy-duty equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, or loaders, preferably in construction, road maintenance, or land clearing environments. Experience with bush clearing, grading, and general site preparation is highly valued, along with a strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and basic maintenance practices. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions accurately, and demonstrate reliability in handling machinery under varying site and weather conditions.

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, and loaders for construction, road maintenance, and bush clearing

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and functioning properly

• Clear vegetation, level land, and grade roads according to project specifications

• Follow supervisor instructions, site plans, and safety regulations at all times

• Identify and report equipment faults, hazards, or unsafe working conditions promptly
