Ensure the efficient and effective posting of customer sales information into the database to maintain accurate records for report generation. Conduct accountability checks with the various warehouses to verify and authenticate the accuracy of stocks and cash against the relevant documentation.

• Four CXC General Proficiency subjects with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Must be capable of performing tasks using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Post information relating to daily sales to retailers into the database.

• Deliver, on or before the deadline, data pertaining to item #1 above to DENTOCO.

• Reconcile and apply payments to Distribution Representative accounts.

• Assist with stock return verification.

• Conduct deposit verification and money checks.

• Verify invoice amounts and deposit slips to ensure they are identical.

• Update the shortage log book.

• Update the HOB log book, including balances and payments.

• Create purchase orders.

• Maintain proper filing of documents.

• Prepare billing for wholesalers.

• Perform any other work-related duties that may be assigned.
