PAS Cargo Guyana Inc. is a Shipping and Logistics solutions provider and member of the PAS Cargo Group - handling logistics globally in and out of Guyana and the Caribbean.

PAS Cargo Guyana Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging with new customers, building relationships with existing customers, and promoting our services.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Sales or Marketing field.

·       At least 5 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably within the shipping industry.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

·       A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue growth.

·       Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

·       A good understanding of the sales process and experience with lead generation and qualification.

·       A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

·       A valid driving license and willingness to travel to various locations in the country. Must have access to a reliable working vehicle.

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for owning the entire sales process – from prospecting high-value leads and building relationships with key clients to closing deals.

·       Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

·       Identifying and engaging with new customers through various channels, including cold calling, email, and networking.

·       Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

·       Negotiating and closing deals with customers to achieve sales targets.

·       Providing regular feedback on market trends and updating client database.

·       Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
